Robotica Pro LLC ("we") is a small automation consultancy in Skokie, Illinois. This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it. Plain language, no legal padding.

What this website collects

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell data. Information reaches us in three ways:

• When you book a call. Booking is handled by Calendly. You give them your name, email, and whatever you type into the booking form, and they pass it to us. Their privacy policy governs that step.
• When you email or call us. We keep what you send so we can reply and follow up.
• Hosting logs. Our web host records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use it to keep the site running, not to profile visitors.

What we do with it

We use your information to answer you, prepare for a meeting, send a proposal, and keep in touch about work you have asked about. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to run the business: our email provider, our scheduling tool, our accounting software, and our web host. Each one only receives what it needs. We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it, or if you ask us to.

Client information

If you become a client, we will see information about how your business works, and sometimes your customers' data. We keep it confidential, use it only to do the work you hired us for, and will sign a confidentiality agreement if you want one. We do not use client data to train any AI model, and we do not reuse one client's material for another client.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted when they are clearly stale. Client records are kept as long as the business relationship lasts and afterwards as long as tax and contract records require.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Email [email protected].

This site is for business use and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
